Discussion:
Mad King Donald in a tizzy because the Dem Senate will push through Biden's federal judicial nominations during the lame duck session

Even though the Republican Senate did the exact same thing (to the tune
of 32 confirmations) during Mad King Donald's lame duck session.

No problem. Just more left leaning judges to get reversed by the SCOTUS;
which, by the way, will become even more conservative when Trump
appoints one, maybe two more.

The SC decides which cases they will accept, they're not going to
accept every one just because it was decided by a Biden (or Obama or
Clinton) judge or they wouldn't have time to do anything else.

I'm not saying the SCOTUS would take every case, even from an appointee
of a specific democratic president. I am saying a left leaning judge,
appointed by a democratic president, is more likely to make more
egregiously unconstitutional decisions and thus be ripe for SCOTUS review.

The Supreme Court is already well past overload.

Briefly stated, the findings are that when presented with an array of
data or a sequence of events in which they are instructed to discover
an underlying order, subjects show strong tendencies to perceive order
and causality in random arrays, to perceive a pattern or correlation
which seems a priori intuitively correct even when the actual correlation
in the data is counterintuitive, to jump to conclusions about the correct
hypothesis, to seek and to use only positive or confirmatory evidence, to
construe evidence liberally as confirmatory, to fail to generate or to
assess alternative hypotheses, and having thus managed to expose themselves
only to confirmatory instances, to be fallaciously confident of the validity
of their judgments (Jahoda, 1969; Einhorn and Hogarth, 1978). In the
analyzing of past events, these tendencies are exacerbated by failure to
appreciate the pitfalls of post hoc analyses.

Conservative courts enrich businesses. And since we legalised
bribing the injustices, businesses can afford the bribes. This
means rich California businesses become richer.

You think Trump's gonna last longer than, say, Sotomayer?

It's not Trump calling those shots, anyways.
